The Fund for COVID-19 Research

More than 25 Rockefeller labs headed by world class scientists are collaborating to understand the biology of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the disease it causes, COVID-19, and to develop novel ways to prevent and treat infections. These investigators have already made important discoveries that are moving toward new therapeutics. Private funding is critical to launching and sustaining these studies. Many of the university’s friends and benefactors have made generous gifts to the Fund for COVID-19 Research. Please consider making a gift to support this vitally important work.

Rockefeller University is also seeking to create a Institute for Global Infectious Disease Research. Studies at this new center will accelerate the path to a vaccine for COVID-19 and prepare us to neutralize the next emerging virus before it erupts into a pandemic.
